Tooligo is now available for free calculations of oligos. Features include melting temperature predictions, BLAST searches, mFold, inosine calculations and many more features. All you have to do is register (FREE) and login. You do not have to purchase anything, but if you decide to, ordering and re-ordering is made easy. Follow your orders online. Calculate the features by adding pentabases in your sequences.

Oligo calculations are based on the latest next nearest neighbour values. Values for pentabases are estimates and will be optimized runningly. No gurantees are given on the correctness of the values. Inosine is calculated, but no other modifications is included in the calculations except for molecular weight. If in doubt, please contact PentaBase.
