Ulf B. Christensen

Brian Clark has held manyt other prestigeous positions like Chairman of the Danish Centre of Molecular Gerontology, chairman of FEBS (Federation of European Biochemical Societies), resident of the IUBMB (International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology), Chairman of TGIR (Task Group on International Relations) of the European Federation of Biotechnology, member of the Board of Advisors of BankInvest, Vice-Chairman of EMBO Council and Vice-President of European Federation of Biotechnology. Among his recent hounors are FEBS Diplôme d'Honneur (2001), Copernicus Medal from Polish Academy of Sciences (2005), Honorary Professor, University of Athens, Athens, Greece (2006) and Honorary Professor at Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2006). Brian's main focus area in the board is international collaborations.
Carl-Helge Juul Petersen
Carl-Helge is a state authorised accountant since 1983 at which time he joined Price-Waterhouse-Coopers as partner. He held the position until 1990. In 1991 Carl-Helge became an entrepreneur, founding Revisor Informatik ApS, a company that he is still heading. Carl-Helge represents the angel investors in the group. His main focus areas in the board are financial strategies and investor relations.
